Our office relocation went remarkably well. I believe your crew headed by Lee Pflaum did the job in record time (1 1/2 hours). They were all VERY efficient and the move was made without a hitch. We think Kevin is the greatest of all. We felt so well taken care of. He was wonderful and we both really enjoyed our chats with him. Just a note to say thank you for making our move so easy. Thank you to the staff who came to pack and move our staff. They were wonderful in helping me get some furniture in and out of storage. It always amazes us how efficient and fast they are.
We keep your card in a safe place because Mother Lode has made our moves so easy. Retirement is 5 years away and that should be our last move. Until we meet again.
The staff was very happy with the entire crew's experience and knowledge as well as the fact that they asked questions whenever something came up, they made good suggestions to help resolve problems, and had a great attitude and sense of humor. The spines of the books on the shelves were all edged to the front of the shelves, and when the job was done it looked just plain great. Very fine job.
