The staff was very happy with the entire crew's experience and knowledge as well as the fact that they asked questions whenever something came up, they made good suggestions to help resolve problems, and had a great attitude and sense of humor.
The spines of the books on the shelves were all edged to the front of the shelves, and when the job was done it looked just plain great.
